Functional and cross fitness training. The trainer is an expert and his expertise helping me to gain strength at the same time getting in shape. Each sessions are unique. Correct posture while doing workout is very important and this is taken care here.

A gym with a state of art infrastructure and with a vision of enabling people to achieve their best selves both mentally and physically. Really great trainers and great people , definite priority if you want to join a gym.
