Initially the services are very good. I had taken a wooden cupboard dec 2019 , but after few months it's stated getting worst. The shelf rack under the cupboard stared bending automatically even without given any weight. I have reported this matter to the concern person but their response is not up to the mark. It was initial lockdown when I placed my request and also I understand they couldn't help me out much. But now when the situation is quite normal they are asking us to give measurement of the cupboard which is lil wired. I waited for so long and finally fed with their responses. This is not acceptable from a reputated furniture brand.
