My colleague and I were visiting Nashville for a conference and spent Shabbos here. Rabbi Saul Strosberg and the entire community were extremely welcoming and warm!

I grew up in out of town communities, and I was blown away by the warmth, openness, community feel of Sherith Israel in Nashville. Their community Shabbat meals were delicious and inviting to new comers. The Rabbi and Rebbetzin were dedicated, interesting, and genuine. While I live in Israel and have no plans on moving to Nashvile (I came in for business), I strongly encourage travelers, locals, and potential residents to spend a Shabbat at Sherith Israel. Personally it was one of the most spiritually uplifting weekends that I have had in a long time. I enjoyed singing, meeting all kinds of great people, talking with Amy and her mom (newcomers to Nashville that fell in love with the community), learning with Seth, and chatting with Rafael.
