Terrible customer service/their policy and rules are nonsense. I paid with a card that didn’t have my name on it but showed prove of id and ownership of card but the manager was already acting unhappy with her easy work environment. For being a manager she obviously sets a bad example for her employees and for the company. Would never recommend this BevMo to anyone . Also if they’re going to enforce rules likes this they should give you these rules before purchasing on the app.n(The managers name was Gracie if that was even her name she wouldn’t show me a name tag. She’s the heavyset women with curly hair.)
Staff polite and professional. Store very clean. Found everything I was looking for.
They have all my wonderful drinks including Craggenmore scotch, Drambuie, Glenfeddich and even my husband's favorite wine.
