Brewer Dental Center - West Clinic

My review is the the billing department only as I had a pleasant in person experience at this location. However I was never notified that my insurance for whatever reason did not cover my procedure and nobody from this establishment tried to contact me about the bill being left unpaid (as I was told and thought it was covered by insurance). No bill in the mail, no email, no phone call to let me know that I owed them money. Now over a year and half later I randomly run my credit report and found out they sent my bill to collections.nThis is ridiculous because I would have paid right away if they had even tried to contact me and now I have a big drop on my credit score because their billing department couldn’t be bothered to even send an email.

As a first timer, I was pleasantly surprised at how laid back it was. Everyone was super-friendly! Although I left without treatment, a plan was made and I am happy!!! And the assistant Nick was just wonderful to chat with! :)

I've been going to Brewer's for almost 19 years and I am always pleased! Tammy is fantastic as my hygienist. Everyone is friendly and caring, I've never had any issues. Always recommend them!

Scam! They​ are taught to tell you that your insurance is accepted there...check your provider list...they lie. I've had over $15,000 and today when I was flossing one of those caps they talked me into popped out. This hasn't even been 5 years and I take care of my teeth. I no longer live there so this one is on me. Don't believe all the reviews...they have employees & their families write them to keep up the hoax. Yes, I know. This was two years ago. My caps fall out every 6-10 months and I need then recemented. Don't do it

Staff at Brewer Dental are extremely courteous and understanding. I have a fear of dentists and they take the time to insure that I am comfortable. They also keep me informed as to what they are going to do which helps keep me relaxed. When I have a dental issue they get me in to see a dentist as soon as possible!!
