Dental spa. The best in the business. If you want an honest doctor who takes pride in what she does, look no further. Dr Amy is wonderful and her staff is incredible too. For the last nine (ish) years Dr Amy has taken care of all my dental needs-routine cleanings, emergency care, and cosmetic dentistry. I never thought I would overcome my childhood fear of the dentist, but I look forward to all my appointments at Dental Spa.

When I visit the office back in May I did not have a pleasurable experience. My mouth was in such pain after my cleaning which hasn’t happened before at my previous dentist and Dr. Amy never followed up with me on items she was supposed to. When I requested to speak with her she apologized while continuing to go back and forth with me on who was going to contact my orthodontist to get information to decide the best course of action for some treatment ideas we had discussed. It was a very frustrating conversation to the point where I said “just forget it, I”ll make the calls and do the research myself “ and it was left at that. At that moment, I knew I wasn’t coming back. The first time I met Dr. Amy for the consultation, I did not enjoy that experience or conversation neither. She had mentioned cavities but didn’t even use the tool where you poke in the tooth and feel for soft spots. She instead relied on photos only. After going to another dentist office it was confirmed that I didn’t have a cavity nor needed to get a filling replaced as she suggested. And when I questioned the cavity she says “don’t act like you never had a cavity before “ which I thought was rude and sarcastic. Also, the hygienist when doing my gum test only counted out 1-3’s which are good numbers to have but I knew she was wrong because for several years I have also had some 4’s and 6’s around certain teeth. Clearly she was being very thorough and again when I went to another dentist, those higher numbers were called out around the same exact tooth that they have always been called out for. Lastly, no one ever attempted to follow up with me on anything until they received a request to have my X-ray’s sent over to the new dental office and then they pretended to care. Yeah right. The office seemed beautiful, peaceful and the spot to be. However, I guess someone like me didn’t belong there. Oh and paying additional 10 dollars for PPE for each visit is crazy especially if you have a lot of work to get done that will take several visits. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone but apparently it works for certain type of people but sadly, it didn’t work for me.

Dr Amy rocks. She is the best. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love Spa Dental! I’m not one to be happy to go to the dentist, but I look forward to going to the dentist here! They do a fantastic job from the moment you walk in till they leave! I refer everyone here, excellent service and quality!

I really like this place up until today. I scheduled a cleaning a few weeks ago and stated that I could only afford a cleaning and nothing else. Once Casey cleaned my teeth and did a phenomenal job, which she always does, Amy Marckese-Braun, DDS told me that I needed an exam because I was legally overdue and that I must have one. I told her that I cannot afford it and therefore didn’t want it because my current employment situation was not good due to Covid-19 and I’m paying out of pocket like always so I don’t want one. She then proceeded to argue with me and throw a tantrum like a child and told me that I’d have to sign papers stating that I refused an exam to which I told her that was fine. Then today I received a certified letter stating that she would no longer treat me as a patient due to my refusal.nnI think it’s also important to note that upon my first visit there, Amy, told me that I had to get over $900 in deep cleanings due to my gum disease. I told her I couldn’t currently afford it and she then had her staff show me how to take out a care credit line for 2k. I complied without resistance and struggled to pay off the credit line amongst my other bills for months. The one time I resist and this is how she behaves.nnIt’s also important to state that the entire staff there is absolutely phenomenal all except Amy. I understand that doctors have to cover themselves but her handling of this situation proves that she’s unprofessional, immature, greedy, and unsympathetic to people’s financial situations even during a world wide pandemic.
