The lady there was so nice to us and gave us all the info we needed. Several of the other storage places we went to would not give us the sizes and prices accurately. I believe the lady we dealt with at US Storage was named Gina. Great experience.

My daughter & I were greeted immediately upon walking into the office. Sergio was very helpful. He answered our questions & was very pleasant with friendly conversation. We are happy to have used this facility to store our belongings. The location is great!

Came in this morning to get a storage. Oh my gosh this lady Gina is awesome. Had a very good laugh that was very much needed. So if you need a good laugh ask for Gina. She is very helpful.

I came into the storage and was greeted by a wonderful lady named Gina. Her smile and personality just made my day better. She knew something was wrong and asked if I was OK. People like her do not exist any more. Unfortunately her facilty did not have the size I needed but she looked at other us storage and found me one. Gina thank you for being so gina. Your company is so lucky to have you.

Excellent customer service. Sergio was a big help and answered all of my questions with out any bs. Got a good deal on a 10 x 10 unit . Would definitely recommend.
