It's a place where the doctor tells you there is no guarantee that you will get well after the treatment.It will be a long post but you will get all the details why you avoid Alexa physiotherapy.I play basketball and got injured in back during the game,the pain was worse and I was not able to even bend or walk, the very next morning I went here and doctor told me I had muscle spasm and will get well soon by 15 sessions and 4 hydrotherapy sessions which costed me around 10k(hard earned money for every working individual), during these I was only given normal ultrasound therapy,IFT,hot water bag( each session was of Rs 500), the pain started subsiding slowly but it was concentrated only in my left side,even after telling this to them continuously they did not hear. For 15 session no exercises was prescribed or done,the exercises were done in hydrotherapy sessions (Rs 800 for each session) where back strengthening exercises was done in water but still the pain was there in the left side of my back.After 28 days the treatment completed with intense pain still prevailing in my left side.When I said this to the doctor the doctors there said that this is go you need to extend the sessions.I thought that's something is wrong, even after spending time and money my purpose was not solved,I went to Spine and Joint Physiotherapy clinic for second opinion and found that my entire diagnosis and treatment was done in a wrong way.I actually had SI joint dysfunction and from examination it got confirmed.This time I realised that I had made a huge mistake going to Alexa and wasted my time and money.I went back to Alexa to question them that why did they do this to me and why they could not diagonise this issue of mine earlier,when the doctors Dr Shipra and Dr.Ashit told me that they are not GOD that they will know from day 1 what had happened to me but my question is how come the physiotherapist I visited for second opinion got to know the same thing by hearing my symptoms.nJust want to say that I got saved from spending more money here and got a good physiotherapist who cured me in a week and I did not waste more time in Alexa Please if you want proper treatment do not visit Alexa Physiotherapy Centre ever.

I had an excellent physiotherapy experience with Dr Kumari. I had a severe case of both lumbar and cervical slipped disc and could hardly move when I first went to her. she is a magic worker. She not only meticulously treated me with the necessary therapies which are advanced and very healing, but also advised me extensively on pain management, posture and encouraged me to heal without being overly dependent on painkillers. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate -- a great combination for both my medical and psychological well being. She is also hard working, sincere and punctual, and even treated me on her off day to help with my pain. I would highly recommend that everyone go to her for their problems. They will not only be cured but also carry a smile on their faces.

Shipra mam is excellent in treating and diagonising all types of injuries or conditions, giving great practical and easy to follow exercises to help recovery and prevention, i had back problems some 1 year back that was severely affecting me through pain and often times and inability to function normally. She is one of the most perceptive physios I’ve ever met. She identified my ailment quickly and helped ease my pain and its been 1 year that pain is completely eradicated.nnShe was very professional and friendly from the start.
