located in clement town dehradun, this is the largest monastery in India boasting of a calm and quite atmosphere. one should not miss it while being in dehradun. approach is little difficult..through narrow alleyways studded with shops on both the sides but as you reach you are welcomed by lovely greens, huge lawns and most of all...serenity. Sufficient parking space is available. multiple eating joints are available that offer spicy Tibetan food (a must try). Like most of the monasteries this place helps you forget your stress and engulf the calmness.
