I have been an old customer of this store. It was purely because of the warmth & personal attention, the shop owner used to provide. But, to my horror, I had terrible experience this time. Thrice I visited him, but every time I was left at the mercy of poorly trained & ill mannered salesman. Due to the disrespect shown old & loyal customers, I have decided not to visit this store henceforth. The owner needs to give up his high-handedness & be polite and caring for customer sentiments.
