I have had 3 visits to this store. My last visit revealed the major flaw- lack of customer service and empathy. I had gone to return a defective garment and it turns out that the store will first file a complaint with company and will wait for their response to decide whether to replace or refund or whatever next steps would be.nStrange that in today’s time where all stores are empowered to take such real-time decisions in order to make customer experience seamless, Mahindra is stuck in a different age altogether. Tell me which store has this kind of protocol for replacing defective garments?nSimply pathetic behaviour on part of store manager. Since I had travelled from other side of town, a distance of approximately 18 kms, I requested that once he gets a confirmation from his company, he can deliver the product to my house. He declined same arrogantly and said I will have to come to collect it.nAll this inspite of me spending approximately 15K already at this particular store.nnWon’t recommend any First Cry store. Better to go local children stores in town or go to Mothercare at Pacific Mall.

Worst experience ever... the owner Amandeep Singh doesn't have knowledge and manner to deal with customers...products are medium to low quality....not recommended....will not buy again from them...

Very detailed baby store i have ever visited. They have everything under one roof for new parents (toys, baby skin care, kids wear, stroller, walkers etc.) The items they stock are of high quality.nMost importantly, very friendly staffs to serve and give me precious advice. I had a great experience there. The staff was very patient and making sure both myself and lil sister are comfortable and made the whole shopping experience wonderful.nWill definitely recommend and visit this store again!

This is a wonderful shop for children's clothes, toys, prams and everything. They have a great selection for babies up through older kids. The clothes are fun, whimsical and very well-made. My two daughters love wearing the clothes we recently purchased. And the owner and staff are always so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store for kids' clothing!
