I own a flat in Best Park Avenue. I had purchased my flat directly from Best Builders and Developers in January 2019. I had the opportunity to have face to face meetings with Mr. Shariq (owner). I had my uncle with me involved in the procurement process and Mr. Shariq always dealt with both of us with a down to earth approach and made sure that my old aged uncle always had comfort in his office.nnWhile purchasing the flat, we were told that the builder shall solve any issue(s) found after moving in the flat. I do not live in the flat but visit my flat in my vacation. All of my issues reported to the builder inside the flat as well as maintenance related issues have always been resolved to my satisfaction. While it is easy to make fake promises to sell a property and deny ownership of any issue later, Best builder and developers have always held themselves accountable and delivered above and beyond.nnA highly recommended builder who is now engaged in construction of luxury apartments named Oriana.nnI wish Mr. Shariq and his team success in the new project and highly recommend them for your property procurement related requirements.
