I had visited several gyms then I chooses to join koles club as it is nearest to my home. As today is my 10th day in this gym and I am 100% satisfied till now that I am at a correct place. All the staff of the gym is very good n supportive. Mr. John who taught us many new things about diet n nutrition which we have never heard from anyone before. Trainers are also very good. Best Gym of the area. I really enjoyed my fitness training at Koles. Trainers are really good and supportive.
