I am writing this with an extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction that AVS ford make false promises for the delivery of the car that I booked on 21 December 2020, They have taken the entire payment of my car which is for Ford Freestyle Titanium Plus Petrol variant but failed to deliver the car on the committed time, their deadline to deliver the car is keep on extending. AVS Ford I would say is Highly Unprofessional with the approach and possesses lack of customer handling skills. The upper management do not even keep up on their promises done to the customers, only the sale hungry people nabbing the customers by making false promises. They do not have a fair communication established with the company Ford, I have no complaint with Ford, it’s AVS who is lacking behind on driving customer satisfaction. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND AVS FORD TO ANYONE..............

Excellent service provided.nWere very helpful in sharing all the details of the car and providing us the guidance with the model of the car..nnMr. Vishal Sharma for the car models and Mrs. Diksha for the loan guidance were perfect..nnWould recommend the store and Ford to others.

This is for AVS Ford Dehradun.nI booked my car Ford freestyle titanium plus petroleum variant from them on the 21 Dec 2020 and then they promised me to deliver the car between 25 Jan 2021 to 30 Jan 2021, that was the false commitment number 1. In the meanwhile on 21 Jan 2021 one of the person named Azau Rehman from AVS ford called me to make the down payment of the car and I did that on the same day and then Mr. Rehman said the car will arrive by 7 Feb 2021. Now the current status is I had apply the loan from the bank and my loan got approved and the bank has made the payment to the dealer, which means I have paid the full payment of the car but I do not have the car delivered. AVS ford Dehradun makes false promises to the customers. They are the worst dealersand I will never ever recommend it to anyone. Worst experience ever...
