TL:DR- okayish place with great food.nWe stayed here for 2 nights in the month of Feb.nFamily rooms were bigger in size as compared to the mud houses. But the condition of the room and the services offered were not as great as expected. Rooms were not having proper water supply in washrooms and the geyser that they installed were not enough for more than 2mins of hot water(they provide hot water in bucket, if required). No soaps were provided in washrooms, and even after telling them to provide it, they ignored it and we have to get soap from outside. No water bottle was provided inside the room and also no kettle was there( during winters people prefer drinking hot water).nService team is friendly and helpful. Manish is a great cook and take custom requests of cooking non vegetarian food also. Rajbir is also helpful.nThere are no tourist spots nearby except Koti and that is around 9kms from this place.nOverall the property is okayish and can be selected if there's no other option(and there are no other resorts or Cafe in 5km premises).
