Case 1- They called me asked my address said that it will be delievered by evening but didnot and they didnt called back even after 2 3 days and they retured my parcel claiming it will be delievered.nCase 2- My parcel was at my destination for 2 days i waited that they will call but didnot ultimately I went there and took it.nCase 3- on the app its written out for delievery but no call nothing ultimately I went there and took.nIs it a courier service or some retail shop where i need to go and buy.nSuch a poor service I have seen not at all experienced people.
