Lack of manners and professionalismnRecently 2-3 weeks ago i had to cancel an order due to the ill manner of the delivery executive, the manager should look into the temper and character of the delivery executives before recruiting them.nThe executive insisted me to receive it when i was out of station and there was no one in my home, i told him to deliver the next day then he started to speak ill of menSuch a shame to this logistics that you people are recruiting such ill mannered people in your office. The managers should look into this matter of such unprofessional behaviour of the delivery executives towards customers.nThank you.

The logistics is just back of civil hospital. The service provider is good. I have good and timely experience with this logistics. They used to delivery as per my convenience and confirm it by making a call. The building is old and the authority need to renovate and beautify it. The authority also need to improve other facilities like sitting arrangement, security and parking etc. The delivery boy used to behave very nicely and even they asked me to sit when I went to recieve my product. Happy with this logistics.

They don't deliver it to the given address. When they receive the parcel, they simply call and ask the customers to come and collect their parcel.
