Sbi should bring change in management.. To do small work they keep pending n postponingnI never expected such kind of service form reputed bank

Customer support never connects, always voice saying that due to technical issues we can not connect to customer care.nnOther branches never help with anything. if you want to get serviced one must need to pay the charges. always over suggests that contact to home branch. never satisfied with 9 years

Today I went to visit the bank to take some enquiries about my ATM card...As I usually don't like visiting banks n its been 1 year my ATM got block n again I applied for new card but when I went to put on a new pin code it wasn't working only. So again I re-issue my new card for the 2nd time they said its not updated only no new card has been applied in there system but I got the paperwork documents along with me which was done 3/4 months back. I even showed to one of the employe and he was like.. .It's not my problem it's yours whoever did that go and tell that person or complain it in customer carenOh, hello you are working in sbi you are here to help public so it's your duty to help them instead he charge me as I was talking in English...n that fellow he can't even speak a word with me in English n he was replying me with Hindi and assames language which I can't speak much. He tried to criticize me instead he started charging me....Me being a localite here in kokrajhar in my own homeland people trying to charge who came from other places isn't acceptable. I felt so bad n low how can people treat someone like that. It doesn't mean he work as a gov. Employee he can criticize someone like this.nSBI employees doesn't know how to behavenwell with customers.....its better you people should choose a good employee who can tackle things n can speak every language n can explain people.

It's good but most of the time it is over crowded and have to make a long line.. And about atm near by should have been at least 2 atm near by then there won't be much problem for people..
