Worst customer service. Inspite of serviceable area, refused to provide door to door service. Unnecessarily asking majority of the customers to pick the courier on their own. The owner is also very rude and is having unprofessional behavior.

Shop is inside a small road. Location shows on the main road. There is no board on the road to find out it's existence.

There is not a single flex or board there outside their office .Even staff were not co-operative ,i called them 10-12 times and kept on roaming to find their shop for 1-2hrs then they came outside. They won't deliver your courier to you home if it's PC ,laptop or any big thing ,it doesn't matter you are living in their serviceable area .The office is near yamaha showroom.
