The haircut and basic services are okay. However while i had visited the salon, i had 3-4 pimples on my face and one of the staffs suggested me a couple of lotus products for pimple treatment and they even had the option available there so i purchased it from there itself. After i started using it, the pimples got multiplied and from 3-4 now it has grown to 20-25 pimples within a week. It's exactly a week since i have used the product. They were trying to convince me to get pimple facial done, thank god i didn't go for that option otherwise due to their lack of experience i would have suffered even more.nnFrankly speaking i am not complaining about the lotus brand coz i know its a great brand with great products, but maybe they get duplicate products and sell it in the name of a brand. I request you people to never (I REPEAT NEVER) buy any product from here, even if its of a trusted brand. Without any experience and knowledge they suggest product at last its we customers who get fooled easily. Instead go for online purchase or buy it from trusted store.

Had great experience with miss gauri jaisawal from bhopal, she was very polite and perfect in her work, i am 8 months pregnant n got waxing etc services from here, she took all care of my comfortud83dude0a A must vist place for all the ladies
