A hospital with rude and unqualified staff, malpractice, misdiagnosis of medical conditions, dirty facilities, name it and all flaws can be witnessed at this so called renowned hospital. Patients expect best care from the doctors, but probably it’s just a business, a monetary transaction for them. Absolutely inhuman, miserable services, there nothing to recommend.nWhere to lodge complaints as There is no complaint register or form available any where in the entire hospital.nNeither any mail id nor any complaint number available on your site too, which is clearly indicating that your intention is not to serve the patient honestly but grab the money.nnPlease provide me mail id and contact number of any senior management person

Worst hospital I have ever seen and experienced. Hygiene levels of this hospital is worse than even a public toilet. Even a recovering patient might fall sick.nnHad admitted my grandmother due to Covid but unfortunately due to such irresponsible staff I had to discharge her. Please don't admit any of your patients here.

Another pathetic hospital service in Begusarai. On the name of ‘Covid ICU’ they are treating all patients in one small emergency ward of 9 beds. Not a single staff wearing a ppe kit. There was a non covid pregnant woman being treated next to my own grandmother who was being treated for covid. The ward staff doesn’t care about changing or even sanitizing their gloves before moving from one patient to another. There are flies in the ward and a whole bunch of open dustbins inside the so called covid ICU. The staff treats patients like animals, without caring if liquid food is falling on their face and eyes. In 6 days of admission there two incidents to severe blood loss which was never caught by the medical staff, rather we noticed when we visited our patient. Such hospitals should not be allowed to function and the medical license of all under qualified doctors should immediately be revoked.
