The time of ride shown wasn't accurate, it was calculated from the time driver called me to ask the way from Bangaon chowk to my house. Thus, 30 minutes extra was added in my ride time and hence I had to pay 60-70₹ extra. This policy should be changed.nMy 20 minutes ride was converted to 50 minutes and thus I had to pay extra amount.nI had contacted the customer care and they had assured me that they'll look into the matter but I haven't received any call from them yet.nEither OTP system should be introduced so that the driver can't start the ride before the actual ride starts or a confirmation call should be made before starting the ride.

They are Local Gunadas. Mr. Dilkhush and the card driver Ravi Jha absulatue gunda even they look like gunda. After clearing all the payments they come to my village and make drama here now I'm complain to police against Ravi Jha.nI never recommend Arya cab service. If you want cab in mithilanchal there are much better option in mithilanchal.

I booked a cab from Darbhanga to Ranchi fro 5 days they wrongly charge additional 5K.nThe cab driver Ravi Jha is treating us like gunda very unprofessional.nEven every one knows transport business handle by Gunda.nRavi Jha is absulatue gunda he comes to my village and threatened me.nIf you are decent person never book Arya cab I never recommend.
