The vet is unprofessional and unethical. Did not even bother thoroughly check through the sick pet I brought in, saw for a few seconds before charging exorbitant amount. Please do not support such unethical place.

Brought my Savannah cat there plenty of times, the bills will always give me a fright. Shockingly expensive. However, I’ll say the vet is caring, they handled my cat gently, seems passionate. Though, disappointingly we always need to do a follow-up to review again, this just means extras on my end. My cat had to get reviewed thrice before on something that’s inconclusive. As a pet owner, I hope vets are able to provide more conclusive answers, and be more confident. Also, some follow-ups could definitely be done over-the-phone, just on behavioural checks should suffice. Instead of heading down for a second review, just to have another ambiguous answer.

I was very disappointed with my recent encounterment of bringing my 10 years old cat Cyrus to the clinic on 20 May 2021. After X-ray and Dr June confirmed there was fluid in Cyrus body that pressing on Cyrus lung, caused him breathing difficulty. The 2 technicians (seems like an cocasian uncle age 60+? and an Philippines man at age 20+) used needles poked Cyrus 5 times on his right side, but failed to extract any water. Then that uncle further shaved more hair from Cyrus nearer to his spine, and poked again, but still failed to extract any fluid from Cyrus body. Cyrus must have failed painful and struggled to stand up and turned to another side and lye down. That uncle wanted to poke the needle on Cyrus left side of the body, I saw a red stain on the disposable towel near to Cyrus mouth. I immediately stopped that uncle from attempted to poke Cyrus. I looked closer and there was blood coming out from Cyrus mouth. I immediately asked the technicians to call for Dr June. Dr June come and explained the technicians might have poked Cyrus internal muscles which caused Cyrus to vomit blood.nI was trembling and angry. I saw the way the uncle poked Cyrus is as if Cyrus is a cat mannequin with no feeling.nThe next day I went to another clinic, the Japanese lady technician was very gentle but professionally poked needles *once only* on each side of Cyrus body, successfully extracted a lot of fluid.nI hope the clinic management would ensure their technicians on the job are skillful and treat all animals like their family.nAttached is photos of Cyrus sleeping peacefully at home after 8 days of fluid extraction from another clinic.

My beautiful feline boy passed two years back and for a long time, I suspected this vet made him worse. For a long time I tortured myself, asking if I failed him by sending him here and letting him stay here for days.

Friendly and helpful staff. Charges are reasonable compare to other vets I have been to.
