DLSA Siwan (Lok Adalat)

It's quite good as per the sayings of one of mates (md zaid) of Aligarh Muslim University.nHe had done a summer internship there,his experience his superb and learn so many things.

One of my mates of Aligarh Muslim University had done a law internship during his 1st year.nHe told me about his experiences that he learned and seen there.nThe most beautifull part of his internship is the mediation and national Lok Adalat that he attended there under the supervision of learned advocates and judges respectively.

I am hailing from a small village which is nearby district i.e. gopalganj.nI have done an internship here for 3weeks under the supervision of secretary DLSA, Siwan who's then appointed as full time secretary holding the post of judgeship of district court.nThe staff of here are so good specially the ma'am (I used to call him but it is above than that), and my so closed Atul sir who is standing there with me and giving so many advice related to court proceedings and day to day life ( and one more thing I never forget the days I have spent with him inside the court as well as outside the office specially the one incident of JIO office ud83dude06ud83dude06ud83dude01ud83dude01),and the last but not the least who had try to tell everything of the day to day court dealings by his own perspective specially about the castiesm that was condemnable and shameful even now people of these type of low grade mentality are there( what is his fault if someone has taken birth in a sudras family by the grace of God, the person who are these type of mentality have to think on moral ground that what was the condition of themselves if they were born in sudras)nSo it's better to think that no one is superior or inferior in this world ,the only thing that make one great is hard labour and dedication towards his/her work no matter it was a 4th grade or 1st grade.May God give them the basic understanding of EQUALITY as this is a court office and they should also have to understand that our CONSTITUTION GUARANTEE RIGHT TO EQUALITY (Under Article 14)nnIn last I will say this is the best place as I have interacted with so many court officials and this make my memory last long with so many lessons as how to avoid bad people in our life (No one is bad or good as there is famous saying , situation makes a man perfect and imperfect),how the mediation done and the techniques and skills(diplomacy)of doing the same,mobile Lok Adalat,the National Lok Adalat and so many things.nnStudent of law (BA.LLB)2nd year of Aligarh Muslim University Malappuram centre.
