I have needed a vet in an emergency with two separate animals 6 months apart. Although this vet is mainly a dog vet he has been fantastic with my two cats who are both elderly cats that would be written off by some other vets in the area.nnHave seen comments on here by other people concerning the vet in question and they have always been professional, courteous and nothing has been too much trouble when it came to my animals. Will be buying Jeremy a small gift as a way of a thank you for getting two of my animals fit and healthy again and seeing them through an operation to help do this and coming in today on his day off as my cat still needed the operation (was off ill when my cat should have had his operation last week), the staff will also get a gift to share as a thank you for putting up with Miss Love me Loads and Mister Hiss at you Trouble.

I’ve found this vet to be incredible and I wouldn’t take my fur baby, Frankie anywhere else.nClaire really consoled me in my time of need when my dog, Frankie was unwell (I was in tears) and I’d just had my newborn baby. Her kindness alone was appreciated and she did everything to make my dog, Frankie feel comfortable and better. I try to request Claire whenever I’m in need of the vets now, as I love how she is with my dog and her kindness shows within her job.nToday, we had a gentleman vet called Liam help do a check up on Frankie - we were equally impressed with his level of care and knowledge in getting Frankie sorted.nBoth Claire and Liam are a credit to the team and I highly recommend this vets for their help, knowledge and sincerity towards the animals they care for.nThank you.

My daughter's pet went through 3 operations and although sadly didn't make it, I can honestly say the staff gave a 100%. The vets and nurses tried so hard to save this guinea pigs life, a child's pet. The commitment and care these amazing people showed meant everything to our daughter and us.nA big thank you to the Eastfield staff, cannot recommend them highly enough.

If you love your pets, avoid this place like the coronavirus.nnFor the third time now, they have given my dog the wrong drugs. Thank god the first time I checked the dosage, only to see that it was 3x the amount it should have been. I would have killed my dog. When I told the vets, they laughed and quickly took the drugs back.nnSecondly they hire cheap foreign staff who you not only cannot understand but don't seem to have the professional knowledge for the HUGE amount you have to pay. I dont think they are fully trained to be quite honest.nnAll they seem to care about is money. Money money money. As long as you pay them, they are happy. AVOID AVOID AVIOD, or risk losing your animals.

We have spent thousands here with our puppy and still they cant tell us what is wrong or have a treatment plan in place , we have switched to woldside now much better and not over priced. Jeremy himself seems to think he is gods gift and knows it all , my advice to him would be to look into dog nutrition and diabetic cats. And stop thinking you know it all. They go so about the houses and when you ask them what is happening and what there going to do they still dont know. Also on request of asking to be referred to a digestive specialist they denied our request and said our dog was not ill enough to need one. We have a puppy who is constantly sick , so I'm sure we do need one
