very good gym, separate floor for cardio and a very co-operative trainers. All the machines from basic to pro level are available. Timing is from 6 AM to 11 AM in the morning and 5 PM to 10 PM at night. Monthly charges are vary reasonable with separate lockers. The location is very accessible, right behind old Batra cinema. To sum up, I was very pleased and satisfied. Do join if u r planning to.

I've been going to this gym for almost a decade now. Management has now been taken over by the expert coach, Mr Parveen Gujjar who is a weightlifting champion from Delhi.nHe is always there to provide personal guidance to both boys & girls and men & women as this is a safe and unisex gym.nMostly with new equipment this gym operates with sanitizing norms and follows all protocols to give a safe environment for its members. I myself have been going back for two months now.nThe gym is spread out over two whole floors and provides many activities for different age groups.nRates are affordable and from time to time special discount schemes are available.

it is quite good ..space is also very good..its very much comfortable to sweating here in compare to other gyms in mukharjee nagar
