HP PETROL PUMP - DELHI PUNJAB SER STN SINGHU

I purchased a HP Re Fuel Card from HP website couple of weeks ago. Its a prepaid petrol card wherin you get some points whenever you fill petrol at any HP bunk and pay with this card. You can convert that accumulated points to fill petrol. Alright the reason I am writing this review is I got my HP refuel card and it says that I have to visit any HP petrol pump and they will assist me with the activation. I got all the details on my registered mobile number. First I went to HP petrol pump at Marve Road, Malad West and they said that they dont accept this card hence they do not have activation machine. I told them that this card can be used at any HP petrol pump across India so howcome they dont have machine. Anyways then I went to another HP petrol pump located at Charkop, Kandivali West and to my surprise I got the same response that they dont accept this card. Then I went to the third petrol pump located at SV Road, Malad West and same response that they dont accept this card. At SV Road petrol pump they also have advertisement banner of the same card. I ask them that if they dont accept this card then why the hell they are advertising this on the petrol pump and I got no response. The reason I am so frustrated is because its so inconvenience for the customers and brands like this treat customers like fools. By the way the Re Fuel Card was not FREE it costs me 150rs. I am just thinking that if a person using a Hp re fuel card fills the petrol and give the card for swiping and the person is not carrying cash like most of the people do nowadays then what will going to happen. It will going to be a huge mess for the customer. So HP first send the activation machine or swiping machine to all the HP petrol pumps across india then start selling this card. I request you guys that not to buy this card.
