Delicious food but service was bit slow due to very less number of staff... Buffet was a good deal for us.... Must visit... Even terrace cafe is good can spend quality time with friends and family....

Poor room service.nEditing my response as seen a detailed reply from hotel.nnWithout going into general behavior of staff and other subjective things, I would describe incident of room supplies. These are basic like soap etc .. you obviously expect it while you book. But it wasn't there and we asked 3 times in a day and wasn't supplied in full even after. When we asked very politely that why it is taking time the answer was it usually takes 20 to 25 minutes..ud83dude10ud83dude10 but hello!! We are asking since whole day!! Then they said there is some corporate event is going on so staff is busy!!nnTo cut long story short, we were faced with so many poor responses except one young lady at restaurant, from entire staff, we gave up. Entire night the room ac was not functioning but we actually didn't complained because we knew nothing will happen except we will end up ruin our sleep.nActually this was the first my stay at Sarovar group and was having high expectations but it turn around the other way.

We booked with CORONA doubts in mind, through online app. To our surprise they called at 11:45 for our arrival time inquiry. Staff at reception was very good and helping.nRoom we booked was Girnar view type. Bed and room area were of international standard. They maintained social distancing properly. We had our breakfast and dinner here. Food quality and service were excellent.nIt was a great experience at the end .. must book if visiting Junagadh.

Pure veg hotel. Good ambience. Near city center. Well maintained rooms.However the room service starts only after 7am Excellent staff.Overall value for money.
