UPDATE AFTER 1 YEAR OF SERVICE - Service quality not upto the mark. My car met with an accident and was repaired here. Even though it has Hyundai dealership I'm not very happy with the service. Earlier I did in Aldiam and Downtown Hyundai, they seemed better. Not recommended

Not happy with service. Lots of unprofessional practice. They broke my rear windshield during servicing. Delay in delivery after service. Poor cleaniness, not to opt for next service. Looking forward for others.

Worst service & extremely unprofessional rude behaviour of service managers. They broke the functioning of both electrical side mirrors of my car & blame me and want to extort money for this. When I confronted them, they just said that they can not take responsibility, their pickup guy is just a Driver & he doesn't know anything about the car. When car was picked up for service, both the side mirrors were working & in fact their own driver used the side mirror, after reaching service station, next day, they called me to say that side mirrors have problem. I argued but they had very very rude & unprofessional attitude. Service Manager Ujjwal Patel is more like least and who cares kind of attitude with an approach of Do what you want to do! I am filing Consumer Forum case & will exercise all legal remedies possible. Please be careful when you give your car for servicing here. They are only good for Cleaning your car, that too, in your supervision.
