My car's accelerator pedal was jammed and it was creating too much noise. I was bearing it since long as I thought it would be too much money. But I couldn't take more and called Renault where they said it'd be around 749, I thought, okay that's nice.nnI went there and the person over there, it'll be around 950 including labour charges. I thought that ia fair and gave a green signal to go ahead and when it was all done and they billed me, it was only 640 for some other work which I requested to do. They said, they've covered the accelerator thing in warranty as goodwill.nnThat was so amazing. I really liked this and will make sure I'll get my car serviceserviced here only in future.

A very good and helpful service center , we had a problem with our car and had to visit it on Sunday , Even though the service department was on holiday that day , the manager their visited us in just a call or two and helped us about what we can do . The most pathetic Customer service I've come across from a car dealer. Neither was the salesman interested in selling the car and showed attitude.
