Please visit this hospital only if you are ready to pay whatever amount they say.nWe visited emergency at 2200 hours where my puppy got a wrong diagnosis and we had to go again in the morning as he was still not fine. We went back within 8 hours wherein we informed the Doctor that the blood is coming from the cut in mouth and not stomach.nWe were charged the consultation again.nOn asking from the receptionist, he said you have to pay every time you visit. Doctors will do any tests on your pets without your consent of yours.nAnd also doctors have least empathy towards your pet and are treating them as commodities.nThey are just taking advantage of being the only hospital with emergency services.nDear CGS hospital please don't neglect all these reviews on your wall as it is going to make a difference one day.

I've read a lot of positive reviews for CGS, so hopefully our experience was a one off. I think its good for CGS to hear it though. We took our Labrador in for an xray on a Monday. This was our experience:n- We ended up waiting for almost 90 minutes after registration before someone attended to us. I feel overall the staff could be more friendly and approachable. After all, we are dependent on them for medical advise and counsel. And we're paying a lot of money as well.n- No one really took the time to explain anything to us. We had to ask the doctor about the sedative that was to be given; whether there would be any side effects etc. I had to go in again to ask the doctor.n- The report was supposed to be available online within 24 hours. It wasn't. In fact we only received the report 48 hours later and that too after several calls to CGS.nnApart from these things, the hospital was clean, parking facilities very good, ambience and feel was excellent.

Someone suggested this place since I bought a new pet. As it was my first experience I did not want to take any chances and I am glad I did not. This vet hospital is good, staff and doctors are nice and courteous and the place has a good and big area in terms of parking ones vehicles and also for your pets to roam around. They also have a separate dog training area. It's slightly towards the expensive side but why would I mind it if my pet is getting good care and services. I would highly recommend this vet hospital to anyone who cares for their pets and wants good health care for them.

This hospital was discovered by us about 8 years back. At that time, they weren’t so commercial, there was a lot of empathy in the staff but time passed by, the approach became like any other private hospital. It’s all about money. Their billing is also not very transparent. They cover a substantial amount under consumables where there are hardly any used when you go for just a vaccination. They should justify every penny they charge. They are fairly expensive.nThat said, due to a lack of a better choice, one has to get here.nIt’s my request to the team that please don’t be so commercial and expensive. Charge where you should, please don’t over charge .

It’s one of the best veterinary hospitals in NCR, staff is very supportive and caring. I visited emergency at post midnights and was able to get proper consultation and medication for my dog. Considering the facilities the cost is very reasonable. I recommend anyone who loking for a vet in vicinity don’t think twice before visiting CGS hospital, it is the right place for complete care and consultation.
