One of the best vets I've ever met. Both are very friendly and can handle both cats and dogs with equal ease. Spend time to understand your queries and spend time to clear your doubts. Do not over medicate like most vets do. Am glad to have found them when I shifted to gurgaon. They take patients by appointment and it's justifiable that if you miss your appointment and arrive late you wait till they are free to attend to you. Dr Josan is a complete gentleman and a very competent Doctor .

They saved our cocker spaniel ENZO'S life by treating him with utmost care, importance and a slice of humour to keep us mentally fit. ud83dude06nWe had an emergency with Enzo and Dr.Josan was responsive even at 4am in the morning, that speaks alot about dedication and care! We found them on Google search and they seemed, nice so we had been going for our dog to them since about a year now. From the first few visits, my very polite and courteous brother, was not happy that the doctor would act very visibly that he has so many patients that he can't remember our dog ever in the one year we have been going to him. Obviously I personally found this odd since most places want to make you feel welcome and a part of the place. There were several other areas where my brother was facing difficulties because of the doctor, who by the way owns the place. So I started going with him because unlike my brother I am a very vocal and assertive individual. From the first visit I completely understood what my brother was talking about and felt a little hurt also that he was put through all that atrocious behaviour. A few times I spoke to the male doctor, who, to add the cherry on the top, was used to including gaslighting, mansplaining and condescension in his conversations. For many months I took this attitude of his for the sake of my brother. But one day I lost my cool on his highly orthodox and demeaning behaviour. Next thing I know, after our visit that day his wife exercises her right to not serve us anymore. I thank her a lot because as luck would have it, we found a genuinely nice and good doctor in the other Super-mart.

The doctors give individual undivided attention and try to understand the problem. Great followup also about the progress and on medication.nWould definitely recommend

I highly recommend Dr. Josan. We're very happy with his treatment and advise for our two indie puppers. Consultatuon is also reasonably priced.
