Having met and dealt with national and international travel agents, this is one of the most un-professional travel agent I have ever met. Wanted to get a few quotes for an upcoming holiday trip with family and went to them through a personal reference. Asked for a few 4* hotels and specified what amenities I was looking for and still the suggestions I got were without them. Ignoring the unprofessional email sent with their so called suggestions, I assumed there might have been a mis-communication when we met face to face, I replied back giving all the details required by a travel agent to provide a bit informative quote and to my astonishment, I didn’t even get a response.nn**Response for the owner**: I would say that you do have my number as you seemed to have tried calling me twice after I posted this review. Also, I gave every single detail required for me to get a quotation during our face to face meeting. When I gave all the required details necessary to get a quote I got an email from your end with a few suggestions which were not even close to the requirements I had clearly specified during our face to face meeting let alone some of the cities missing. As I’ve mentioned in my review, I emailed right back assuming there was a mis-communication between us but there was no further response from your end when you could have clarified through email as well what “some more information” you required. We are not going to play a ping pong blame game here as I’ve already got a better & detailed quote from another travel company but my first experience with your company was outright disappointing and thus my review.
