Loved my visit to this property.. It's really beautiful and managed expertly. Customer service is excellent. The entire staff is extremely polite and helpful. The only negative point is that pool and jacuzzi don't have hot water, so I was a little disappointed. I hope they will rectify the situation soon. Also the food is just great. We ate our hearts out!!

It's a small property situated at a secluded location. The property is well maintained but we had some issues with water leakage in the room as well as bathroom which were not repaired properly. Food quality is average. Staff is cooperative. One should avoid taking their premier rooms as they are very small and dark but the executive rooms are good with a great view.

Place is good. Location is peaceful and picturesque. The draw back is waiters not trained. It looks that persons from across the street have been picked up. Even it is so they can be provided basic training required for hospitality industry, how to place cutlery on the table and supplementary things like providing spoon and other things. Needs total improvement.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great stay....we used the travel agent in the hotel to help us with our trip and they were amazing too.... Highly recommended this place...

Very clean, hygienic and spacious rooms. Ambience of the place is very good. Surrounded by the forest and wildlife. Must visit if you are traveling to Shimla and want someplace far from the city in the lap of nature.
