Would have given lower rating if there was an option. I gave my new born babies' sample for Jaundice test. I gave it in private lab as to get the quicker reports. Firstly they gave me wrong data as I was comparing the results with other labs as well. To my surprise their results were totally opposite to what I got from other places. Then next day I again gave them the sample and they promised to give it back by 2 pm. To my surprise when I called them at 3 pm they said it will take another hour for the same. I lost my patience and asked a question why is it being delayed? They just reverted back saying this is how it is done. I mean seriously? Do they even understand the urgency and that too considering my daughter is just 8 day old. Way too worse.

It's quality is good. Just the waiting took 1 hour. The tests are cheaper than expected.
