I booked a trip with them. Excellent support by Miss Monika and team, with polite and pleasant behaviour. They provided us good package. The hotels provided were decent. There is a good management from this company. she guided us well through my overall journey ... Thanks once again.

Booked trip with customize trip via travel triangle for 4N 5D .trip for first 2 days was gud ..every thing well managed ..but the hotel buk for another 2N at manali was big trouble..when heading towards manali I got call from hotel buked in manali that hotel Is full and u get on 3rd floor room..I said while buking to have me ground floor room ...so they transfer me to another cottage which is 7 kms away from manali ..I visited there it was so scary and worst no roads were there to reach that place so I denied to stay there and said get me the hotel u booked for me..the owner of hotel came with me there and he open the property ..no kitchen no housekeeping team nothing..so I said how can I stay here..no room was ready ..as hotel was locked ..so I complained customize trip ..they say we can’t do anything..and also property owner said we will provide u dinner at 9:30-10 pm ..I said no kitchen then how will u give us..he said whatever we provide have it don’t argue for it...so i denied to stay and then I went to another hotel by myself ..no customer support to me from customize trip ...

A very well organised trip by Customize trip ....nHotels, food, services, everything was at its best...but little problem is with the hotel staff member in khajjiarnSpecial thanks to Miss Monika & her team who organised such a wonderful tour for us. She just helped us alot during our complete journey

We thoroughly enjoyed Shimla and Manali tour.The room at Shimla had a fantastic location.Good food but had a bad experience with the housekeeping.The body language of them was poor and not at all warm.Coming to Manali the room was a bit inside from the road very less parking area. Same with housekeeping but these staff were very friendly.I would specially like to mention the name of Mr Sahil Dhapta who coordinated so well in making our trip very memorable.And even the driver mr Sunil ji were really good .
