Ok for price not good in winters because quilts have hole in themselves nice hotel ।।

Good option for staying on mall road . its is situated on mall road only hence parking is available at govt parking area only.it is little bit costly. If available on cheaper then only good option for stay. Little bit crowded . overall good option for stay if wants to stay near by mall road. They have their own restaurant which have good ambiencd

Location wise it's nearer to lift. But service is avg. There are much better options in mall area. So it's not worth to stay here. I don't find any politeness in hotel staff. I don't understand why the people in reception are always serious and unhelpful.

Wonderful location, great rooms, good staff but little else. Water supply woes plagued us throughout our stay. A well appointed washroom is of little use without water but the staff did their best to provide us with a drum of water twice daily. They even provided us with a shocking(!) contraption of a water heater that would continue to.shock even when switched off. Food is costly, like everywhere else in Himachal and so, it is better to stick to branded food items, street food or local fruits. Nevertheless, it was a good stay.
