What a department who doesn't give proper salary& facilities to its 3&4level employees according to their work.

Didn't even help the person to go through the queries. Not even pick up the phone calls. For enquiry you have to visit their office, whether u came from 500 km. Then they will let you know which documents has to bring during next visit and after that One more visit to collect your required documents.so atleast three visits are required to satisfy these people, Sir a poor/specially abled person can't afford that much money and time. Or time puch Lia to Sarkaari Kaam h bhayia time to lgega.
