This department works very well but their services are limited only up to so called VIP areas. VIP my foot. These VIPs are the servants os public and should never be given more importance than public. It snowed in Shimla yesterday (04.02.2021) and the electricity went off at around 2 pm. After that we kept waiting for it by it never returned before next morning at 11am or so. The night was terribly cold. I have my old and sick mother living with me. And the pinching chilliness of the night was a nightmare for her because no heater of electric blankets worked. I had to spend whole night sitting next to her and giving here hot water bottles. Somehow she survived the night and then when the electricity came she felt better.nnWhy do you have this problem for load shutdowns only when the weather is bad? Why don't you people make yourself ready before the winter arrives. Your highly raised bill arrives in time and that we must pay otherwise you threat us to disconnect the connection. Baap ka Raaj hai kya? We are your clients and you get your salaries when we pay the bills. Understand? It is better for you to work with focus and improve your services otherwise the God is there. Remember those who are not honest with their work they have to pay through their children. हराम की खाओगे तो तुम्हारी ही औलादें निकम्मी निकलेंगी।

I had worked as accountant in F&A wing ,Kumar House HPSEB ,till April 2002 and retired on 30 the April 2002,have so many Sweet memories,of those days,many old friends,loving superiors, helpful staff there of.
