Lg service centers are big fraudster..dont buy any LG products...they didn't gave gud service.. they are cheaters ...they products r not gud

I Am writing this to bring to your attention that I am not satisfied with the quality of service provided at JAMMU location. I am using Refrigerator of your reputed company since last 15 years, but unfortunately, there was some issue in the refrigerator on 13-09-2020 and I had registered my request for this issue with LG service Centre in Jammu.nOne of your representatives visited our home and suggested that we should take it to the service Centre for changing that whole damaged part. Now it's been more than 5 days, the issue is still not fixed, but as per LG representative it should be fixed in the 2 to 3 days max. I am aware of this pandemic issue but I hope you will understand the importance of this product in every home..!nAnd every day I am getting new excuses from the team and even after multiple calls exchanged between us till date did not receive single follow up calls from you.nI hope you will look into this and help me out to arrange to get my refrigerator asap.

Hi team LG,ngreetings of the day.nnThis is very painful that I am writing this mail as I have gone through highly disappointing service from such a reputed brand.nnI got my AC repaired from agency and unexpectedly the service boy was alloted after numerous days.nPathetic is that I am now waiting for a service boy to come to my home and install it back since 15 long days in this sweating weather.nnKindly look into the cincern as I did not purchase this AC from a well established brand for winters.nnRegards.
