The doctor is very knowledgeable and polite. I went to him for my cockatiel who had broken his nail. He gave great treatment and recommendations for taking care of his health. He is excellent in handling pets.nTotally recommended.

I live in a very far off place but the kind of help and advice I always receive for my dog, over phone from Dr Malik is commendable. He always responds, gives his time, suggests proper medication for my dog. He's an extremely good doctor with in-depth veterinary knowledge and skills about methods and treatments. My experience has been very good.

I was carrying my pet along in flight from Jammu to Delhi and i needed a cage without which I wouldn't have been allowed to do so. Prompt service. They delivered me with a Cage when I needed it at the last minute

Let me take you back to 2015, two of my bunnies were sick and I went to the nearest vet for treatment and they both died even though I was prompt at it. Eventually I could make out that the vet didn't knew anything about rabbits and the treatment didn't work for them. (And I had similar experience multiple times in the last 5 years)nFast forward to 2020 , I run a unregistered rabbit rescue organisation that educates fellow rabbit caregivers/parents like me on proper caregiving. We daily see a lot of cases where the parents are not informed about the basics like diet and environment and most of the time the basic welfare needs of a rabbit is not taken care of. They mostly come rushing to us for help and in most of the time when it is too late.nTo be very honest in a country like India there is ABSOLUTELY a lack of veterinarians who are well informed about small animals like rabbits. But Dr Kamil Malik (Vetycos) is one such rare individual who is not just really well informed but is extremely caring and the best. He is hardworking, dedicated and very sincere about his job.nUnlike most vets we have in our country he really loves the number of species he treats and enjoys spreading awareness about their proper caregiving on his social media accounts (@vetycos) . He is someone whom you can trust and share things that bothers you regarding the wellbeing of your kid at the same time be honest and ask questions that most vets otherwise won't be receptive about. He will clear your doubts, take time to explain everything in detail and will not be bothered by your impatience.nEven though I live almost 2k miles away but I do receive his help from time to time and I can say he is the best thing that has happened to Indian rabbits.nIf you live in Jammu or nearby, do not wait , just go for a random checkup even if you know your baby is doing well (Dr Kamil is an Exotic Vet who also treats dogs, cats and birds along with small animals.) Dr. Kamil's expertise can figure out even the tiniest of the anomaly. He is definitely the business that is worth supporting.nP.S.
