Very bad customer relationships. Online booking is bad. Booked a ticket to Dubai and thr balance got debited but didn't receive ticket or any confirmation. And when I went to this branch and checked, they said they can't do nothing from their end and to call customer care.

We had a very bad experience here..this guy who works here were too rude to us for asking details of our flight through phone after we send him the money.He refused to answer our phone calls and even declined the calls.They just care about the money and continue to bleed people out.So guys, this travels is too risky and i strongly recommend you to not take tickets or other offers from this agency .
