OLD STOCK - ROTTEN FOOD ITEMSnWorms found in cashew nuts from fathima. Absolutely horrible experience. Had to buy from here due to lockdown and since we stay inside Sobha City there aren't much other options nearby. But in spite of raising complaints multiple times, absolutely no response.nnWe ordered 0.5 kg cashew nuts via home delivery. They gave in an open packet of 1 kg with half removed. I immediately reported with photo that it's open and soggy. They should have initiated a return and refund.nnAfter 3 days of no response, we put the cashews in a bowl to check the state and was shocked to see worms in it!!!nnHow can an institution be so hopeless when it comes to handling customer complaints? Their delivery vehicle comes dozens of times to our building daily.
It is a good medium sized supermarket with almost all items. Sometimes fruits and vegetables are sold in discounts.
I have been a regular customer where I make frequent orders to my residence. Delivery is quite fast and smooth.
