I was denied service by the old lady for not having ID (in the process of renewing it) even though I’m clearly over 19, a working adult who is losing his hair. Even other things with my photo on it didn’t work.nnIt’s all right since I biked to the cool people liquor store and was served despite my ID issue

If I could rate as zero I would. I am a 35 year old woman who went to the store with my father in his 70's. My dad wanted to buy a few bottles of wine and they refused to sell it to him because I didn't have my id on me. I am 35 years old and I wasn't even buying the wine. To make matters worse they told my dad that they couldn't sell him any liquor for 24 hours! Just because he walked into the store with his 35 year old daughter! Absolutely ridiculous. I have told many people about my experience and you have definitely lost customers over this horrendous display of customer service or total lack thereof.

Disorganized, minimal knowledge from the staff. Good location, though.

The staff are absolutely amazing! They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and they always give great recommendations for new things to try! They have a great selection of pretty much anything you want, and plenty of covid measures in place. This is my favourite liquor store in Vancouver.
