Professional attitude. One of the relaxing saloons in town . Hair styling is too good in here , with pleasant attitude staff . Ranging from facials to hair cut , polonica offers a unique touch . Crowded but highly attentive to each customers makes less a watinng time in here . Highly recommend salon, where they hear and deliver what you actually need .
Sorry to say that i had an awful experience from this beauty salon last day. Bad service, as the staff was making fun out of me telling me that my skin is sensitive and can't shape my eyebrows as it is a difficult job for her. When it came to the hair cut, she straightaway decided their is only one haircut that suits me. Worst threading I've ever had. I got scabs and acne after threading for the first time ( on both sides) please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. I would never return to this salon even if they offer me a free service. Whose satisfaction matters the most? Customers or staff's???
