Don't judge the place by it's small entrance or the takeaway counter. If you choose to dine-in, you can go to the first floor where there is a washroom and a good place for hangout. There are around 5-6 tables of which 2 are large enough to accommodate large families. Some seats have good cushion while some don't. There is also a rack with some books, but I am not sure how much time you will spend reading the books there. There is a toilet too well concealed in the same room. The washroom and toilet being separate and far felt really convenient for me. The ambience and air conditioning is also quite good. When I visited there were no other customers which gave me lots of privacy. To my request I could get customised burgers. However, the number of vegetarian options are quite less. The number of drinks and shakes could be improved. However, I liked whatever burgers and shakes I ordered. Food tastes very good. The staff was also very friendly. Also, if you want some quiet and lone time with your loved ones, you got it here.

Really good burgers.. different from the other burgers sold in Kottayam.nPeri peri chicken burger is too good. Also the double cheese smashed beef burger . Keep it up..

I love their chicken cheese burgers. They use coleslaw in their cheese burgers to make it more juicy. It was absolutely amazing.nThe patties were tender and juicy,all held together nicely in a packaging container trapping all the luscious flavor in. Probably the best one in the town right now.nnNext we ordered the chicken fajita cheese burger. It has shredded chicken instead of a patty. It was juicy and spicy.nnThe cheese fries were loaded with cheese and super crispy. My personal favorite. The ambience is good enough to hangout with your friends. Parking is available. Staff members are friendly. Fast service. Keep up the good work guys.

Very tasty burgers. Enjoyed it. Calm and comfy place too. The waiter was a good guy too.

It's decent. But absolutely nil ambience. A functional place that focus on trying to give a gastronomic experience but doesn't reach the sweet spot there either.nI had the farmhouse beef burger with additional bacon and the peanut butter chocolate shake. Both were ok.
