Parking is a problem. It's a one-way route.
The process here is too slow . I came here to renew my motor insurance policy and I had to wait about 45 minutes to get it done. It was not at all busy at that time.there is about 5 staff here.previously I got my policy from one of their micro branches in Ernakulam which only had one staff and I got it done in 5 minutes.
Best and fanst insurance company at kottayam town
Very poor in service and staffs are very arrogant after 4pm. Took 1 hour to pay the insurance when it's not crowdy
