Kumarakom Lake Resort

The pricing is not justified by what is on offer. The service is quite indifferent and most staff members had a take it or leave it attitude. I would think twice before going there again. Giving four star only because of the beautiful trees on the property. Otherwise, there are much better properties in Kumarakom and would not be foolish enough to spend at the rates they are charging.

Well maintained resort. Real heaven on earth. Bit pricey, but worth. Outstanding hospitality and services from the staff.

The location of the resort was beautiful by itself. More than the landscape the hospitality was amazing and we were taken care of right from the time we arrived there till we left the resort. Never seen such hospitality anywhere. Food especially was amazing and they took extra care to make sure that we were comfortable and provided us with whatever we wanted :)

I stayed there for my best friend's engagement and it was amazing. Loved the hospitality and the services. Everything was amazing. Good service too. Clean and spacious rooms. Pool villas were the best. Everything was good.

Wonderful and very well maintained place to visit for lifetime experience. Hospitality no comparison, food yummy even though we are vegetarian, yummy breakfast with lot of variety. Lot of variety in room, you can book bases on your family need. Lush green and so natural. best resort to be in kumarakom, will surely re-visit and recommend to everyone.
