The bank employee is trying to discouraging the gold loan by saying various reasons and taking lot of time to taking the loan. The approach of. Managers also very bad when customers are asking complaints against the gold loan. The officer of the session is persisting the post for a long period of time. So kindly have an enquiry into the .matter and take nessary steps
