I have been receiving packages from various online stores/brands and the deliveries have all been happening fast, on time and the delivery executives were professional. I have had below average experience with Delhivery 1-2 years back. But things are working well for me now. I understand that some people are facing issues with them and it's possible that service quality varies based on location. I'm within 10km of Kottayam town and the service has been good. (Items were small to medium items and not big appliances like TV, AC etc).

I got a couple of online orders delivered through this firm. In short both orders where collected myself from the office as the staff were lazy to deliver it to my place which was just 2-3km distant, that to inside town. The delivery person call just for a sake and shows his lazy reluctance to whatever we tell about the time to deliver. I don't understand, so what in the world do they kept open an office and mean by door delivery service!?nI have to mention the person who I was on phone, staff of Kottayam, Kerala office who is so ignorant to customers, Mr Noufel. People like him should be taught how to to treat customers and be polite as a social human .

Poor service. To save costs they keep on collecting the shipments till they feel ok to ship meantime days and months don't matter. It's an allover practice of Delhivery. Even they postpone the shipment without calling customers and that's the most irritating and hurting part. Delays are acceptable but without a genuine communication it's just a bogus business strategy.

This is an honest feedback . Very below average service they provide, shipment are kept in Kottayam hub for 3-4 days with out any valid reason and sometimes the dont even put the reasons .The shipment arrives Kottayam early but going out of Kottayam hub is were the delay happens. I would say the courier company should look in to whats happening in Kottayam hub and take necessary corrective steps to enhance their service.
